Background: 
The Hollard Hoscars was previously an internal event, held only at the company's annual conference. It has since become an annual celebration of staff members who have been nominated and recognised through the Business Units' Appreciation Program.
Objective:
To create a new brand identity for the Hollard Hoscars and design a look and feel for the 2021 event. This includes developing a timeless brand identity that can remain consistent year after year, as well as designing email headers and footers, MS Teams background, certificates, trophies, save the date, and invite designs.
Solution:
To achieve a timeless brand identity, we chose to focus on the Acacia tree, and designed the logo icon to represent its flowers rather than the more traditional academic leaves. Our aim was to ensure that the brand identity was well-balanced, so that it would be memorable while still being in line with the overall brand.
The visual design for the 2021 Hoscars was created to be eye-catching and memorable, while still being in line with the brand identity. We achieved this through the use of bold and uplifting colours, as well as imagery that evokes a sense of triumph and accomplishment.
Outcome:
The rebrand of the Hollard Hoscars was a success, with the new brand identity being well received and now being used consistently in all related materials. The visual design for the 2021 event was also well received, contributing to a memorable and exciting experience for all involved.
